Tom is masterful - we had a photo, taken with an I-phone that we wanted to enlarge into a 30 x 72" picture for our home. It is spectacular, framed elegantly and completed in record time. Both Tom and Lois are exceptional, have a wonderful gallery and their knowledge cannot be be understated.

I purchased a frame from Whitepoint and had a great experience with Christina, however I am writing this review in regards to Lois, the owner. Today I came to the shop to add final touches to my artwork and was greeted by Lois who said "we can't help you". Christina came from the back and quickly let Lois know that I was there for business. Lois apologized repeatedly and covered up her disgraceful greeting with a compliment about how I looked (micro-aggression). I will not return for business and I think it is unfortunate that these occurrences still happen.

This was my first art gallery experience and it was such a pleasure. I had so much fun with my framing project, the choices were seemingly endless. Tom and Lois created 4 frames of fabulous art design for my Veteran memorabilia.

Had a piece of original art that needed framing. The staff, esp. Christina were super helpful in picking out the mats and frames, and then comparing all available options. I am overjoyed with how the final result turned out. I highly recommend them if you ever need a framer with real art experience to get the best look possible out of your art.
