Today my lady and I went to the store and decided to purchase a pair of shorts and a bucket hat. The bucket hat had a tag on it that read $4.00 so we went to checkout which is when the problem began. Jaime, the manager, told us that the bucket hat was $44.00 but the tag was misprinted which is not our fault as consumers. We got into a back in forth conversation about the price and Jaime seemed to be visibly upset. She stated “she did not have to honor the price because it was misprinted” However, the most disrespectful part of the interaction is when Jaime clearly tried to dismiss my lady and told us that “she did not have to deal with us right now” then she told the other customers in line that she would help them. This was extremely disrespectful especially for someone in a management position. Jaime then called the owner and GM of the store and told us that she could offer us a 50% discount on the item for the price mistake which we appreciated. I believe that Style Rocket is a good store however it should make sure that the employees and managers specifically are trained to deal with certain customer service issues with a good attitude because if Jaime did receive some type of customer service training it was not used in this situation.

Spent 35 dollars to rent an old rusted mold filled umbrella and lounge, tried numerous times to contact store, no response so I’ll just leave these lovely pictures here! They should be embarrassed!

I come to Ocean Grove/Asbury every year. Been in this store dozens of times. The employees are always...not nice (to put it nicely lol). Mean girl vibes every single time I go in here. I just ignore the bad vibes and keep moving. They are like high school age girls. I went in and bought an item today while my husband stood outside at a table eating his ice cream. When I came outside I stood with him at the table after PURCHASING AN ITEM. Literally 2 minutes later one of those lovely girls walked out and said "you can't stand there". Lol What?? Im sorry, this is the boardwalk? Why are there even tables here? They don't serve food 🤔 Also worth mentioning, while I was inside looking, the older woman (who i guess also works there?) stood outside staring at my husband. He looked at her and instead of breaking eye contact she continued to stare at him. She finally said "Hi", then walked into the store. Right after this is when I walked outside and 2 minutes later we were essentially kicked off the "property" lol what a joke. Im sorry, did we do something? I just purchased an item. We were literally standing there, doing nothing wrong. No other customers at all. Don't worry ladies. We won't be back. ** I should ALSO add, I don't match the "aesthetic" of these girls. I have tattoos and an "alternative" vibe. Same with my husband. So I'm going to go out onto a limb and say that is the real reason we were asked to leave 🤣

Great items at this cute shop right off the boardwalk and the clothes are really unique too! I found an amazing burgundy corduroy jacket here on clearance and I love it, didn't find anything else like it at the other shops and the service is nice as well

High quality clothes without the huge price tags. All their tee shirts are so soft and I have a few sweaters that are unique and comfortable. This is my go to store at the shore. It is so much more than a beach shop, it’s clothes you can wear all year round.
