Awesome lunch and dinner spot close to the beach and boardwalk! The food was simple, authentic, and delicious. The vibe was laid back and chill. Great for larger parties! Has an indoor and outdoor area and lots of space for private events. We got the fresh mozzarella with baguettes, marinated olives, 2 pizzas (Italian Stallion and 14 1/2) and it was perfect! Great cocktails, drafts and wines. Would highly recommend!

We dined here and were pleasantly surprised at the quality and depth of their service and dishes. You must try and get the robust and authentically sweet Italian roots of the Three Trees salad when you come here. This salad alone laid the groundwork of our night in a strong, fresh, and perfectly balanced way. We also recommend the Veg pizza, even to complement the salad, as it is tasty and delicious as it is vibrant and filling. The location of Porta Asbury Park is also a treat that makes dining here an experience you will love. With service that is kind and generous, this place will have you enthralled and excited for more.

Porta in Asbury Park has a really cool atmosphere. The space feels like an old factory that was converted into a large, lively restaurant, and the rustic industrial design gives it a lot of character. Unfortunately, our experience started poorly. The host told us the wait would be about 20 minutes, but after waiting for 30 minutes, I went back to check. It seemed they had forgotten to call us, and they looked surprised when I asked, although they tried not to show it. Pizza is clearly the main attraction here. It is Neapolitan-style pizza with a soft, charred crust, but honestly, I found the flavor a little bland and nothing especially memorable. The other dishes were decent, but overall, the food did not stand out as much as the atmosphere. It is a fun place to visit with a group and enjoy the setting, but the service could be more organized, and the food was just okay.

Having shot several weddings at Porta, I can say it's one of my favorite venues on the Jersey Shore. The exposed brick, string lights, and open layout give every gallery a moody, editorial feel without trying too hard. The staff is communicative and the energy on wedding day is always fun and relaxed. Highly recommend for couples who want something cool and non-traditional.

Pizza was great. The 14 1/2 was fantastic alternative spin to pepperoni pizza. The margherita and Arugula were also good. The tomatoes they use for all the pizzas are top notch and their fresh mozzarella is fantastic. The service was only okay as the waiter was a little short with us and disappeared for a while after giving us our bill.
