This was a very disappointing experience. The store was supposed to open at 6:00 AM, but it did not actually open until around 7:00 AM. I went through the drive-thru twice and sat there for about 10 minutes each time before anyone even answered. When someone finally came to the window, I was told that the computers were not working and that it would be about 10 minutes. However, I noticed that several employees, including the morning staff, were just arriving around 6:00 AM — when the food should have already been prepped and the store ready for the morning rush. I ended up waiting for approximately 30 minutes, and my order still wasn’t even taken. Even the manager arrived late, which is extremely disappointing. McDonald’s knows there is a morning rush, especially with people heading to work and overnight workers getting off. Customers should not have to sit around hungry for an hour because the staff and management weren’t prepared to open on time. I understand that computer issues can happen, but this seemed to be much more than a technical problem. If the store is advertised as opening at 6:00 AM, the employees and management should be there and ready to serve customers at 6:00 AM. This is simply bad business and poor management.

This would have been a five star review however the fact that they do not give drink refills here automatically made me give this one star. There is no excuse in 2023 for a fast food restaurant not to offer free refills. This is one of the only McDonald’s in America I have been in that does not give refills. Also bathrooms are locked too. Not a good vibe here. Building is awesome but that is where it ends.

Cold fries and nuggets when only the drink should have been cold. it wasn't busy at all and took over five minutes to get chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. Rude taking a simple order and since they assumed I don't understand Spanish they were gossiping about me and my two coworkers.

Literally what is the staff doing here? The guy who worked drive thru June 29th at around 8:30 with the dreads must be high or something. He gave me and my boyfriend none of what we ordered at all. Just handing people random. I got a kids meal and a $6 mcchicken meal. He gave us two McDoubles and a mchicken. Be so for real.

This is my new favorite McDonald’s in the entire state of New Jersey. In addition to having the friendliest staff, this super tiny store is one of the cleanest I’ve ever visited. They handled my special request (check out that kickass Triple Stack) with a smile. I even got to chat with the manager who gave me some great 411 about the store and its operation. I will visit every chance I get!
