One my all time favorite bars! The atmosphere is chill and has good vibes. For every drink you buy you get a ticket which you can cash in for a free personal size pizza, and they make them fresh to order hand toss the dough from scratch. You can even pay a dollar or two extra to get a variety of toppings. Amazing quality for something that’s free. Bartenders are awesome and friendly and the bar itself is so cool everywhere you look you’ll find something new to read. Will forever rave about this bar!!

The bartender was friendly. The drink was fine, the surf's up was refreshing. The pizza was nice & hot. I can see why it's a staple. I enjoyed the 90's rock music they played a lot. I really liked the atmosphere.

My friend groups loves coming here! The decor is so fun with trinkets and quotes all over the walls. You are bound to find something new every time you go. There are a few areas that you can hang out in - the chill outdoor patio, the indoor tent where you can enjoy the music, and the indoor bar area where a lot of the action is so you can really hang out based on your mood. The free pizza ticket with every drink is the cherry on top. The line can be quite long but it does move fast and will be worth it in the end!

Five stars for the drinks and atmosphere. Zero stars for whatever customer service experiment is happening behind the bar. The bartender with the aquatic leg tattoo has somehow turned bartending into a completely nonverbal profession. No greeting. No "thank you." No eye contact. In fact, he doesn't even look at you, he looks somewhere over your shoulder like he's waiting for someone more important to walk in. It's honestly fascinating to watch someone choose a job that's 90% interacting with people while seeming to resent every second of interacting with people. You don't have to smile. You don't have to crack jokes. You just have to acknowledge that customers exist. Apparently, that's asking too much. If looking annoyed, avoiding eye contact, and acting like every drink order is a personal inconvenience is the goal, then congratulations - absolute perfection. Maybe front-of-house just isn't his calling. Back-of-house seems like a much better fit. The dishes won't mind being ignored.

We haven’t back for awhile and are so happy to see nothing has changed and it’s as fantastic as it’s always been! Whenever we come to town it’s our first stop right across the asbury park train station. We love the free pizza when you buy a drink and the pizza is well made and truly delicious. I always get toppings (toppings are $1 each with premium toppings $2 each) and the personal size pizza is perfect if you’re not too hungry. Katie is an amazing bartender and have been lucky to have her behind the bar several times over the past few years. She always has a smile on her face and ensures you get the pizza you want 😃 there is also an omelette brunch on Sundays that you do not want to miss! Will write a review for that as well!
