I ordered from Hot Paws after an ad I saw on FB. I cannot say enough good things about this studio. I received my kits quickly, the instructions are very easy, and their turn around time was very reasonably quick. In between the time that I sent back the impressions and would receive them back, we had to set the date of our dearest Katia's final appointment. I called the studio to ensure the impression was OK to process and Lindsay went above and beyond to check my order and provide me an update via email (everything was good). The impressions got delivered the day before the last appointment and Katia was able to personally approve the craftsmanship. Now that's she's gone, I'm beyond grateful to have this paw impression. Thank you Hot Paws Studio for everything - I cannot express enough gratitude for the everlasting impression I now have.

I had a wonderful experience with Hot Sands! I took my deaf mother and her friend there for her birthday and they worked wonderfully with them. They made them feel like normal people and did great demonstrations for them to understand. They made them feel very welcome - i wouldnt have spent her birthday any other way. Also, When I was first booking, I had some issues making a reservation so I called and everyone was very very nice-- they helped me lock in a time and day with no hastle! They also helped my mother touch up her glass when it turned out a little thick or lopsided. The delivery came very fast with a nice hand written happy birthday note and I am so so pleased with them. I would recommend them 100%.

This was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. I loved being able to choose the design and colors for my final piece. I really enjoyed learning about the glassblowing process and gaining a deeper appreciation for the skill and knowledge involved in this beautiful art form.

We have visited hot sand 3 years ago to get a pawprint of our little senior pooch because he soon crossed the Rainbow bridge. This time I told myself, dont wait this time so long. We came with our 2 little onse. Everyone was absolutely nice and helpful. We ended up making our handprints too. Very easy process. They explained ever step and answered all our questions . It is very interesting. I really want to come back and take one of their classes. A great place

Amazing staff and a wonderful experience. We didn’t have an appointment, but they were still very accommodating. We stopped by to get my pup’s paw prints done in glass, and they made the mold on the spot and later delivered the finished glass paws. Such a creative place with beautiful glasswork. Highly recommend.
