We’ve been coming here since the hotel opened a few years ago — and every trip has been 5 star. To start, the hotel itself is stunning. The modern aesthetic is beautiful. From the moment you enter the hotel’s main floor, you are greeted with style and design that could be featured in a cutting edge design magazine. The Drawing Room (a large living/dining/hanging area that spans several rooms) is a beautiful spot to lounge, eat, or to hop on ur laptop if you need. Then there’s the pool deck — it’s huge, with a bar area that is just too much fun, a very cool long table surrounded by unusual chairs, and of course the pool, surrounded by modern lounge chairs and umbrellas and of course the ocean view. We loved the food at the bar/restaurant, and also the drinks (great strong margeritas!) The icing on the cake? The service. I would list names but I know I’d leave some out — but from the folks at the front desk, to the wait staff to the pool staff to the bell captain staff to the cleaning staff — everyone was personable, so lovely, and eager to do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. And we’ve noticed that staff stay year after year — which says so much about the place. And as for Asbury: great food scene, great music scene, great beach, super biking, fun shopping, excellent running on the Boardwalk. In short - can’t miss with this hotel!

Flawless Hospitality: Staff and service are on point from the moment you step into the lobby. Attentive, professional, and seamlessly aligned to make a special celebration feel effortless. Prime Location: Situated right on Ocean Avenue, making it easy to walk straight out to the boardwalk, grab a great dinner, or wander around the music and dining scenes in Asbury Park. The Bottom Line: A luxury beach retreat done right. If you want a upscale weekend away to celebrate a special occasion, skip the standard beach resorts—this is the spot to book.
This hotel is an unbelievable hidden gem. Great if you are looking for a luxury, up-market experience that's within driving distance of the New York or Philadelphia area. The rooms and pool area are really nice, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The only thing to be aware of is that this is planted in the middle of typical Jersey Shore town, and the types of venues, places to eat and drink nearby are not really the same vibe as you get at this hotel. I'd highly recommend if you are looking for a chic & relaxing vibe and don't really plan on leaving the hotel!
Recently had a great stay! Staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay special. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and perfectly located with stunning ocean views. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and every detail throughout the property felt luxurious and relaxing. The pool area and amenities were top-notch, creating the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful getaway. What really stood out was the level of service and hospitality. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale stay at the Jersey Shore!
We’ve stayed here every year since ‘21 (some times more than 1x) and every year experience has gotten worse. For this price and caliber of hotel (or what it’s prides itself to be), we expect someone to be in contact prior to our stay. I called twice about an issue, and requested a manager return my call, it never occurred. I also responded to email that said to reach out with any questions… no response. Given the room we were in was $2k per night, I think they could have spent 5 minutes to get back to me. Any other properly run luxury hotel would have done this immediately. We weren’t able to get into our room until nearly 6pm, when check in at 4pm, no one apologized, they didn’t bring a little refreshment to the room, it was as if that should just be expected. And then once we got in the room, our baby was crawling around as we scrambled to get the room ready for his bedtime, and we looked at him minutes later to find he was COVERED in dirt, his outfit and body had dirt all over it from the floors. That’s completely out of line for any hotel let alone a hotel this expensive, and suite. The service is always pretty soft, people are nice but no one is trying to go above and beyond. We did like Ennis, he just started and you can tell he’s from a proper luxury hotel, it shows. I’m sure they have trouble hiring. The pool deck furniture is falling apart, all the day beds are broken, there is mold on the chairs, the building needs to be power washed. The emergency stair case off the pool looks like rats have build habitats in all the corners, little piles of brush and trash. It’s not worth your money, head elsewhere
